What payment methods are accepted?
For all accounts, we accept card payments securely via Stripe. This includes Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.
For our Premium accounts, we also accept bank checks, ACH, and in case-by-case circumstances, PayPal or wire transfer.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel or re-subscribe at any time. No long term commitment, but no refunds for prorated periods.
After you login, visit your Account > Billing page and press "Cancel Subscription." You will receive an email confirmation.
Cancelling your account will disable your website. We also don't permanently retain your data, but you can request an export of what you added.
How frequently am I billed?
All accounts use a pay-as-you-go subscription model, billed by month or by year. You can cancel at any time as there is no long-term contract.
Every billing cycle, you'll get an email receipt when your credit card on file is charged. Cards are securely stored via our payment gateway, Stripe. The email receipt notes the next billing date.
If there's a problem with any charges, the account will remain active for up to one week. Beyond a one week grade period, your site will temporarily stop working until billing is re-activated.
Renewing your account billing will bring back your site.
